As he looks back on his life's journey, he's filled with a sense of pride and purpose. A proud alumnus of Dnyanamata Vidyalaya, Sangamner, he went on to graduate with a degree from St. Vincent's Night College, Camp, Pune.

His professional career spanned several decades, during which he worked at the Ammunition Factory Khadki, Pune, rising through the ranks from Trade Apprentice to Junior Technician, and eventually retiring as Junior Works Manager.

However, his true passion lies in giving back to society. He founded the Aliens Basketball and Football teams, as well as the Aliens Foundation, an NGO that aims to spread joy and support the underprivileged.

Through the Aliens Foundation, he’s had the privilege of visiting various orphanages, old age homes, and other institutions, where they bring smiles to the faces of children, youth, and the elderly. They provide them with essential supplies, food, and entertainment, doing their best to make a positive impact on their lives.

Over the past two decades, they've expanded their reach, taking on new challenges and touching the lives of countless individuals. One of their initiatives involves reaching out to roadside poor families, providing them with monthly groceries and sweets, and celebrating festivals like Diwali with them.

For him, helping others is not just a duty, but a source of joy and fulfillment. He firmly believes that giving is living, and that the act of helping others is the secret sauce to a happy life. The community. 

As the founder of Ethos India Consulting, his journey has been one of discovery, growth, and passion. He found his true calling in a profession that revolves around connecting people with purpose. Today, he takes immense pride in helping organizations find the right talent while also making lasting connections with candidates who share a genuine passion for their work.  At Ethos India Consulting, a client-focused boutique firm, they pride themselves on integrity and ethical practices. With over two decades of experience, they’ve partnered with MNCs and Indian companies, placing talent with precision and care. Having assessed nearly 10,000 profiles, their reputation for insights and guidance has earned them repeat business. Recently, they expanded to offer Career Advisory for mid-to-senior management and Succession Planning for SMEs, solidifying their role as a strategic partner.  When not immersed in work, he enjoys actively contributing to social causes. The journey continues, and he is excited to see where it takes him and those he works with.

He is an Advocate practicing before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, MahaRERA, Bombay City Civil Court, and various other fora across India. With over nine years of experience in civil litigation and writ petitions, he believes in the power of law to bring justice and positive change.

His journey in law is deeply inspired by his late father Mr. Vijayanand Dushing, a humble teacher and dedicated social worker who selflessly fought for the rights of the underprivileged. By providing free legal aid to thousands of people, he demonstrated that true service comes from compassion rather than financial gain.

He was one of the founders of Aapla Ghar, an orphanage and old age home situated in Pune, established to serve orphan children and elderly people in need. After his passing in July 2024, he has taken on the responsibility of carrying forward his vision as a trustee of Aapla Ghar and also to provide legal aid to the people in need.

For him, advocacy is not just a profession but a duty—to stand for those who cannot stand for themselves, to seek justice with honesty and perseverance, and to give back to society in every way possible.
